Site Manager

We operate within the Social Housing sector, delivering holistic housing services to local authorities and housing associations across West Yorkshire, the Northwest, and North Wales.

• Managing day-to-day site operations across internal and external refurbishment projects
• Ensuring compliance with scope of works, specifications, and programme timelines
• Preparing progress reports, monitoring schedules, and signing off quality assurance documentation
• Managing budgets in collaboration with the QS team to optimise project profitability
• Coordinating site teams, setting clear objectives, and planning daily activities
• Conducting site inductions and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring operatives have correct materials, PPE, and equipment to work safely and effectively
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and tenant‑considerate site environment
• Overseeing quality of works delivered by direct labour and subcontractors
• Liaising with residents and client representatives to ensure clear communication and minimal disruption

• Proven experience in site management within refurbishment or construction
• Knowledge of social housing environments and tenant engagement
• Valid SMSTS qualification
• First Aid at Work certification
• Asbestos Awareness (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
