The Role for Building Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Building Surveyor to support the delivery of capital and planned improvement projects across the Council s estate.
The postholder will provide professional building surveying, design and project management support across a varied portfolio of works, including refurbishment, maintenance, compliance and improvement schemes. The role includes condition surveys, defect diagnosis, feasibility work, options appraisal, specification writing, procurement, contract administration and site inspection.
