Pinnacle Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estimator for a portfolio of civil engineering tenders in the Northwest, with project values from £10m to £50m. The role requires a degree in civil engineering and chartered status where possible, plus a proven record in leading pre-construction, estimating, bidding and winning DB contracts.
Responsibilities include coordinating with the work winning team, developing winning proposals, managing bid programmes and delivering high quality submissions
