A Bolton-based chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy that has secured multiple new projects, are looking to appoint a well-rounded Quantity Surveyor.
The Quantity Surveyors RoleThe successful Quantity Surveyor will work with a diverse Quantity Surveying team, and deliver an array of projects including retail, industrial, residential, and healthcare.
The new Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to carry out a full cost management role, pre and post contract, including cost planning, contract administration, procurement, and working closely with clients.
The Quantity Surveyor- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Ideally worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- Good pre contract knowledge
- Keen to achieve MRICS (if not chartered already)
- Good communication skills
- £40,000 - £50,000
