Youth Mentor & Project Producer (The Agency Bolton)

We are looking for someone who is confident and enthusiastic in working with young people to join our facilitation team and support one of our participants to deliver their community project in Farnworth (Bolton) through weekly sessions.

The Agency is a national programme that aims to engage and empower young people within local communities to plan and deliver their own creative social change projects. Bolton is the first town in the UK to deliver The Agency and is in its second year of delivery.

As the mentor/producer you will work with a young person aged 16 (The Agent) to realise their successfully pitched project between Jan/Feb 2026 - May 2026.
