Fleet Service Advisor – Bolton Office
Work on-site (5 days per week) in the Bolton office.
Responsibilities- Answer all inbound calls to the Customer Service Centre within KPI.
- Prioritise workflow to maximise time‑efficiency and meet productivity & quality targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by achieving on‑time delivery, product excellence and adherence to customer requirements.
- Build close working relationships with suppliers and internal teams to promote co‑operation and optimise work allocation.
- Ensure all customer KPI’s and SLA’s are met when handling requests.
- Support the management team with tasks or requests required by the Service Centre.
- Ensure all warranty items are issued to the correct suppliers within reasonable timescales.
- Make accurate frontline decisions quickly, ensuring correct vehicle placement while maintaining cost controls.
- Manage movements of broken‑down vehicles and replacement spares to cover within KPI and SLA time frames.
- Chase suppliers on timely completion of jobs, keeping VOR within KPI.
- Update notes in the system to reflect job status and log all customer calls.
- Keep customers informed at all times about the status of repairs and respond to queries promptly.
- Proven experience delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer literacy; experience with Kerridge or R2C software is preferable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility, motivation and a professional presentation.
- Proactive problem‑solving skills to provide solutions and resolve internal/external queries.
Availability for shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
