What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor
You will provide outstanding customer support across a range of communication channels, ensuring every customer receives a friendly, professional and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls
Responding to customer enquiries via email
Assisting customers through Live Chat
Providing support via Whats App
Managing and responding to Trustpilot reviews
Engaging with customers across social media platforms
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role, delivering exceptional support and building positive customer relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
A genuine passion for helping customers, with a strong customer-first mindset and the ability to empathise with a range of situations.
Confidence using a variety of systems and platforms, including customer service software, Sage, email, Trustpilot and social media channels.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions and resolve customer queries effectively.
The ability to multitask and manage enquiries across multiple communication channels in a fast-paced environment.
A professional, friendly and approachable manner with a positive attitude.
A willingness to learn, embrace feedback and continuously develop your skills.
Confidence representing the business by attending face-to-face meetings with customers when required.
What will you get in return for your work as a Customer Service Advisor:
A salary of up to £27,000
Full training
Minimum 3 days per week in the office once training has been completed
Regular team events and social activities
