Responsibilities- Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Responding to customer enquiries via email
- Assisting customers through Live Chat
- Providing support via Whats App
- Managing and responding to Trustpilot reviews
- Engaging with customers across social media platforms
- Previous experience in a customer service role, delivering exceptional support and building positive customer relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- A genuine passion for helping customers, with a strong customer‑first mindset and the ability to empathise with a range of situations.
- Confidence using a variety of systems and platforms, including customer service software, Sage, email, Trustpilot and social media channels.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions and resolve customer queries effectively.
- The ability to multitask and manage enquiries across multiple communication channels in a fast‑paced environment.
- A professional, friendly and approachable manner with a positive attitude.
- A willingness to learn, embrace feedback and continuously develop your skills.
- Confidence representing the business by attending face‑to‑face meetings with customers when required.
- A salary of up to £27,000
- Full training
- Minimum 3 days per week in the office once training has been completed
- Regular team events and social activities
