Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established multi-franchise dealership in Bolton. This is a key role within the aftersales team, bridging the gap between customers and workshop operations to ensure a seamless service experience.

Basic salary of £25,500 to £27,000, dependent on experience

Duties of a Service Advisor:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding customer service
Manage all paperwork related to vehicle servicing and repairs efficiently
Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle throughout the service process
Process payments accurately and ensure follow-up actions are completed
Maintain high levels of organisation and cleanliness within the service department
Communicate effectively with workshop team to coordinate service delivery
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any queries or concerns promptly

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
No formal qualifications required; strong experience is valued
Excellent computer literacy and organisational skills
Passion for delivering high-quality customer service
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care
