Haier-Europe is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support customers at the Bolton Call Centre. You will manage enquiries via telephone and live chat, arrange repair visits for domestic appliances, and deliver first-class service to protect our brand’s reputation.
You will work in a hybrid setup, 37.5 hours per week, on a set schedule, with weekends on a 1-in-4 basis. We value a proactive, empathetic approach and a passion for helping customers achieve timely resolutions.
