Join Our TeamWe are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our busy and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping clients, claimants, solicitors, medical experts and suppliers by providing exceptional telephone-based customer service. You will be the first point of contact for a variety of enquiries, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will manage incoming and outgoing calls, supporting customers through various stages of their case journey. You will provide accurate information, resolve queries and take ownership of issues to ensure a positive outcome wherever possible.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients, claimants, solicitors, medical experts and suppliers.
- Resolving a range of customer queries professionally and accurately.
- Delivering excellent customer service while demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Taking ownership of enquiries and following through to resolution.
- Booking medical appointments for injured parties, considering location, convenience and case requirements.
- Understanding and navigating multiple systems and processes.
- Managing complex and sometimes sensitive cases with professionalism and care.
- Accurately processing and preparing documentation.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all work.
- Ensuring written correspondence is completed using correct grammar and spelling.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and medical experts.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce repeat contact.
- Escalating complaints appropriately and supporting resolution.
- Participating in training and development activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
