Quest Gates in Bolton is seeking two Concierge to join the QG Validations team on a hybrid basis from our Bolton office. The role supports Claims Handlers, Investigators, and managers to pro-actively manage claims and handle client inquiries to a satisfactory resolution.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate innovation, strong motor claims knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work both in a team and independently to meet service standards.
