A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Concierge to join our Association. The Concierge will be based in our offices in Bolton.

Purpose of the role

• To provide a point of contact for support overnight and an on-site presence out of hours in our supported accommodation services ensuring the safety and security of the building and our tenants, residents and service users (TRS).
• To be responsible for safeguarding service users out of hours through awareness of escalation of concern process, reporting concerns to relevant agencies and recording information on systems and in staff communication books.
• To maintain health and safety of the service property during out of hours, by reporting any concerns around building safety and repairs in accordance with policy and procedure.
