The Service Advisor role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a seamless communication flow between clients and the workshop. Duties:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage all paperwork related to vehicle servicing and repairs efficiently.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
Handle payments and follow-up appointments promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the service department.
Communicate effectively with workshop colleagues to ensure timely service delivery.
Uphold the dealership’s professional standards at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade.
Strong computer literacy and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills and a professional approach.
