Associate Dentist – NHS Stability & Private Growth
Near Farnworth, Greater Manchester
Join a leading dental team as an Associate Dentist at a well‑established practice near Farnworth, Greater Manchester

This role offers an excellent balance of NHS stability and private growth within a structured, supportive, and well‑organised clinical environment
. With strong Hygienist support, a fully qualified team, and proactive management,
clinicians are well positioned to succeed, develop, and maximise their potential
.
- Part‑time – 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday)
- £14 per UDA (DOE)
- 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum
- 50% split on all private treatments
- Strong support for ethical NHS to private conversion with excellent private potential
- Full‑time hygienist support to assist with patient care and workflow
- Supportive leadership with clear, fair and transparent expectations
- Strong focus on clinical development and CPD support
- Start date from May 2026
- Mid‑sized mixed NHS and private practice with modern clinical facilities
- Fully qualified, experienced team providing excellent day‑to‑day clinical support
- Surgeries equipped with windows and air conditioning
- Fully digital workflow including R4 software, Digital X-rays and Rotary Endodontics
- Convenient location with good transport links nearby
- On‑site parking available for staff
