Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs? We are working with a supportive and inclusive school that is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join their dedicated team and support pupils in reaching their full potential.

As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored learning plans that support students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other complex needs. The ideal SEN Teacher will have strong knowledge of the UK curriculum, a proactive approach to classroom management, and a deep understanding of how to implement EHCPs and differentiated learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to students with SEND

Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals

Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Monitor and assess pupil progress in line with individual learning plans

Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pastoral care

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience working as an SEN Teacher

Strong understanding of safeguarding, EHCPs, and inclusive teaching practices

A compassionate, resilient, and child-centred approach
