We are seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to support students in Key Stages 3 and 4 at a secondary school in the Bolton area. This role is ideal for someone experienced in working with students aged 11-16, or a recent graduate looking to gain classroom experience.

Minimum Pay: £450.00 - £550.00 per week

Teaching Assistant

Role Overview

Provide support to students across KS3 & KS4
Assist in a range of classroom activities and small-group interventions
Support students with additional needs where required
Help maintain a calm and consistent learning environment
Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents
Take part in activities such as exam support and general classroom assistance

Experience, Training & Qualifications

Experience working in a secondary school or with young people
GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
Up-to-date safeguarding training (can be provided)
Prevent, behaviour management, and FGM training (can be provided)

Requirements

Right to Work in the UK
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Two professional references covering the last two years
