SEMH Teaching Assistant - Bolton Special Needs School
Tempest Resourcing is seeking a full-time SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive, specialist school in Bolton
. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEND professional to make a real difference to the lives of children with SEND, ASC, SEMH and ADHD
.
- Proven experience supporting students with SEND, SEMH, ASC and ADHD
- DBS registered on the Update Service
- Experience in behaviour management and de‑escalation
; Team Teach training preferred but not essential
- Support pupils' learning and emotional wellbeing in the classroom and across school
- Assist in implementing individualised support plans and behaviour strategies
- Work closely with teaching staff to promote engagement and inclusion
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and planning
