Hours:
3.5 or 4 days per week (negotiable); 25‑28 hours per week, Monday and Thursday working hours.
- SCP 11: 25 hours per week – £15,899 – £17,526; 28 hours per week – £17,807 – £19,629.
The successful candidate will be based in our busy school office, meeting and greeting parents and visitors to our school. We are a one‑form entry school that includes a Nursery Unit. A professional and responsive manner is required for this exciting role, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Tasks- Provide general clerical support to the school office, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date school records, financial administration, and school office software (Bromcom and School Money or similar).
- Prioritise workloads and adapt to changing demands.
- Work under pressure, meeting deadlines as necessary.
- Contribute to all aspects of school life.
Previous experience of working in a school office environment, including financial management and administration. Knowledge of school office software such as Bromcom and School Money (or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive approach to working effectively with all members of our school community. Ability to work independently and as part of an effective team.
