We are looking for fun, energetic and enthusiastic candidates to work with students aged 11-16 in a pupil referral unit (PRU). This is a great opportunity for candidates to develop their skills and to be supported by a friendly and supportive staff team. This is a role whereby personality means successful working relationships with students. If you have the personality to form strong relationships with students age 11-16, get in touch today!

• Be a role model, mentor and daily support to the child/ren you will be working with.
• Support students with SEND to overcome social and academic barriers.
• Support the class teacher in delivery of the curriculum.
• Make reasonable adjustments to ensure students thrive in the setting.
• Provide 1:1 or group support to identified students.
• Be passionate about supporting students with SEMH needs.
• Provide support advice and guidance.
• Promote independence in line with the settings policy.

• Is a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit).
• Has a brilliant team ethos.
• Provides learning opportunities both inside and outside of the classroom.
• Supports students to find new talents.
• Provides high quality training for its staff.
