your main duties would be:to work with and supervise individuals and groups of students under the direction/instruction of teaching and/or senior staff, inclusive of specific individual learning needs, supporting target setting for students and enabling access to learning for all students.
assisting in managing students’ sometimes significant and challenging behaviour through the use of a range of strategies and techniques.
