We are working alongside a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bolton that is seeking a committed Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join its Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where young children can develop socially, emotionally, and academically during this crucial stage of their education.

Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative EYFS lessons and activities
  Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils to support early development
  Assist with phonics, early numeracy, communication, and personal development
  Help to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  Support observation, assessment, and recording of pupil progress in line with EYFS framework
  Promote positive behaviour, independence, and confidence

Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Person Specification

• Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
  Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
  A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
  Strong communication and teamwork skills
  A good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
  A genuine passion for supporting young children's development

Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - To Be Eligible You Must:

• Hold the Right to Work in the UK
  Have an enhanced child barred list DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply)
  Be able to provide two professional references (child-related preferred)
