Are you a caring, resilient and proactive Teaching Assistant who genuinely loves helping children thrive?
Premier Education is currently working closely with a warm, supportive primary school who are looking for a number of teaching assistants to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, supporting pupils in KS1 and LKS
2.
This role would suit someone who:
✔ Has experience supporting pupils with SEND (autism, communication needs, SEMH, learning difficulties)
✔ Can build positive relationships and offer consistent emotional support
✔ Is calm, patient and adaptable
✔ Enjoys being part of a close-knit, welcoming school team
The role:
1:1 and small-group support
Supporting learning, behaviour and emotional regulation
Working closely with teachers, SENCO and wider support staff
Helping pupils access the curriculum and feel confident in school
The school offers:

A nurturing environment where staff are genuinely valued
Ongoing support and guidance from experienced colleagues
Opportunity to move into longer-term or permanent roles
