As Director of Educational Standards (Mainstream), you will play a central role in shaping and securing high-quality education across our mainstream schools, working closely with headteachers, school leaders and the CEO to drive school improvement s is a rare opportunity to influence practice across the Trust and beyond, develop leadership capacity and make a meaningful difference to the education of pupils.

You are a proven educational leader with significant experience driving school improvement, raising standards, and securing excellent outcomes across mainstream schools.

You have the vision, credibility and influence to drive high-quality teaching and learning across the trust.

You are committed to raising attainment for pupils with a commitment to continuous improvement in education.
