TLR 2B £5,869 1.0 FTE

- Behaviour management rooted in quality teaching.

- Provide a high‑quality, inclusive and distinctive education to all pupils in the year group.
- Create a caring and nurturing environment grounded in our Christian values, recognising the uniqueness of each child.
- Lead and support the development of staff across the year group.
- Implement and promote best practice teaching, learning and assessment across STEM subjects.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and manage it through effective teaching and classroom leadership.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to shape the school’s strategy and curriculum.
- Drive professional development and embed continuous improvement practices.
