Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Full Time | Long Term Temporary potential to become permanent | Bolton Primary School | £88.92-£100 per day

Are you a caring, resilient and proactive Teaching Assistant who genuinely loves helping children thrive?

Premier Education is currently working closely with a warm, supportive primary school who are looking for a number of teaching assistants to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, supporting pupils in KS1 and LKS
2.

• Has experience supporting pupils with SEND (autism, communication needs, SEMH, learning difficulties)
• Can build positive relationships and offer consistent emotional support
• Is calm, patient and adaptable
• Enjoys being part of a close-knit, welcoming school team

• 1:1 and small-group support
• Supporting learning, behaviour and emotional regulation
• Working closely with teachers, SENCO and wider support staff
• Helping pupils access the curriculum and feel confident in school

• Strong leadership and excellent SEN support systems
• A nurturing environment where staff are genuinely valued
• Ongoing support and guidance from experienced colleagues
• Opportunity to move into longer-term or permanent roles
• Excellent pupil behaviour
