Secondary Cover Supervisor. Education & Training

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organised Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across Bolton, Manchester
. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in classrooms, managing pupils, and ensuring lessons run smoothly in the teacher s absence.

• Supervise classes when teachers are absent
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and support learning activities
• Maintain classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment
• Monitor and report pupil progress and behaviour
• Support pupils with additional needs when required
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures

• Be confident managing groups of pupils aged
• Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Be reliable, organised, and proactive
• Have experience in a school or working with children (preferred but not essential)
• Understand safeguarding responsibilities (training can be provided)
• Have the ability to commute to Bolton
