We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support students across secondary schools in Bolton from September 2026
. These roles are ideal for individuals committed to supporting young people with additional needs in an educational setting.

There are also opportunities for work prior to September
, offering flexibility for candidates wishing to gain experience or secure earlier placements.

• Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Assist in delivering learning activities within the classroom
• Support students’ academic progress, engagement, and wellbeing
• Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO to implement support strategies
• Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment

• Experience working with young people, ideally within an SEN or school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a supportive approach
• A professional and reliable attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
