• Deliver engaging lessons that inspire students at Key Stage 3 & 4.
• Contribute to the development and progress of pupils’ mathematical skills while supporting their overall academic growth.
• Assist with curriculum planning, staff support, and driving improvements in teaching standards across Key Stage 4.

• Strong understanding of mathematics suitable for teaching at Key Stage 4.
• Qualified teacher status or working towards QTS.
• Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to plan effective lessons that meet diverse learning needs.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.

  Demonstrated leadership potential or experience is desirable but not essential.
