Bolton Talent Solutions is building a talent pool of Construction Lecturers to support short-term, long-term, and ongoing agency assignments at Bolton College.
These roles are not permanent positions but offer flexible opportunities within a Further Education setting at Bolton College.
This is ideal for:

We are recruiting for the following construction trades:
- Brickwork
- Carpentry & Joinery
- Plumbing
- Electrical Installation
- Painting & Decorating
- Plastering
- Multi-skills / Construction Operations
- Deliver engaging practical and classroom based lessons
- Plan, prepare, and assess learner progress
- Support and motivate students to achieve their potential
- Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
- Adapt quickly to different classes, courses, and assignment lengths
- Uphold college standards and safeguarding requirements
- Strong industry experience within a construction trade
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent), or willingness to work towards one
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and short term assignments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A passion for supporting learners in Further Education
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous FE teaching, training, or apprenticeship delivery experience
- Experience delivering City & Guilds, NVQs, or T Level qualifications
- Assessor/IQA qualifications
- Experience working in temporary or agency education roles
