Overview

Premier Education is working closely with a number of welcoming primary schools across Bolton to support Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as they begin their journey.

• Build confidence in the classroom
• Gain experience across different year groups
• Get to know local schools (and vice versa!)
• Secure a long‑term or permanent role ready for September

• Opportunities in EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Short‑term, long‑term and trial placements
• Schools that are open to ECTs and offer supportive environments
• Guidance from a consultant with a teaching background

Schools often prefer to appoint teachers they already know and trust. Working beforehand gives you a real advantage when September roles are confirmed.

The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and reference checks in line with safer recruitment practices.

This role involves safeguarding responsibilities, and the candidate must be committed to promoting the welfare of children and young people.
