Aspire People is seeking experienced SEN Support staff for flexible positions across specialist schools and PRUs in Bolton. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students with additional needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
You will play a crucial role in helping students engage with learning, manage their behavior, and build confidence. Ideal candidates are resilient and adaptable, with experience understanding EHCPs and supporting complex needs.
Opportunities available include daily cover and long-term roles, primarily in local schools.
