Pay Rate: £25.00 - £28.75 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

About the RoleBolton College is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and industry-experienced Catering Lecturer to join our team on a temporary basis via our internal agency.
Starting from September 2026, this opportunity offers flexible, variable hours, making it ideal for candidates looking for adaptable working arrangements with ongoing assignments.
You will deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching and learning within Catering and Hospitality, supporting learners to develop practical skills, industry knowledge, and progress into employment or further study.

- Support departmental targets including retention and achievement
Ideally, you will have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Catering and Hospitality
- Level 3 Advanced Food Hygiene
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
- Level 2 (or equivalent) English and Maths
- Recent industry experience within Catering or Hospitality
- Strong practical teaching and classroom management skills
- A flexible, proactive, and learner-focused approach
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
