Are you an inspiring SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and well‑resourced environment? Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Secondary SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision in Bolton, supporting pupils aged 11–19 with a range of additional needs.
About the RoleYou will be teaching and supporting students with:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
- Communication and interaction needs
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges

Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons to meet individual needs
- Support pupils to achieve academic, social and emotional progress
- Implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies
- Use positive behaviour management techniques
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists and families
- Monitor and assess student progress effectively
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching SEN students at secondary level
- Strong understanding of ASC, SEMH and complex needs
- A patient, adaptable and resilient approach
