As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
, you will work closely with class teachers and support staff to help pupils achieve their full academic, social, and emotional potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teaching and learning across a range of curriculum subjects
- Delivering literacy and numeracy interventions to small groups
- Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
- Assisting children with SEND and other barriers to learning
- Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and confidence in the classroom
- Supporting lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
This role is particularly suited to graduates considering careers in:

To be considered for this role, you will:
- Hold a 2:1 degree or above (or be predicted to achieve this)

- Have a genuine passion for supporting children's education and development
