The Role :

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
, you will work closely with class teachers and support staff to help pupils achieve their full academic, social, and emotional potential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting teaching and learning across a range of curriculum subjects
  • Delivering literacy and numeracy interventions to small groups
  • Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
  • Assisting children with SEND and other barriers to learning
  • Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and confidence in the classroom
  • Supporting lesson preparation and classroom organisation
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

This role is particularly suited to graduates considering careers in:

About You :

To be considered for this role, you will:
