Part Time (27.5 hours / 39 working weeks).

. Salary: SCP4-SCP5 (£25,185.00 - £25,583.00 FTE); pro rata salary £16,538.00 - £16,799.00. Working type and salary are subject to equated salary adjustments if joining part way through the academic year.

the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children.

The post is equal to a role within Northern Education Trust (NET), a charitable education trust with a track record of school improvement.

• Assist with the food preparation, handling and storage of foods.
• Support in maintaining the kitchen, associated areas and equipment to a high level of cleanliness.
• Play a key role in supporting the effective service of food to students, promoting a nutritious and healthy diet.

• The role involves regulated activity relevant to children; the post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
• Enhanced disclosure and barring service checks will be undertaken; safer recruitment practices apply.
• All posts are subject to pre-employment checks and safeguarding / health & wellbeing expectations for pupils.
