• As SENDCO, you will:
  Lead and manage the SEND provision across the school
• Oversee EHCPs, Annual Reviews, and statutory processes
• Support and guide teaching staff to deliver high-quality inclusive practice
• Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies
• Contribute to whole-school improvement and inclusive strategy
• Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• The National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it)
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory requirements
• Experience with in a secondary school setting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A child-centred and solution-focused approach

• Supportive and approachable SLT
• Strong pastoral and safeguarding culture
• Inclusive ethos at the heart of everything they do
• Excellent facilities and resources
• A welcoming and collaborative staff team
