Salary: £95-£110 per day (dependent on experience)

The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting pupils and teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:- Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, and within the classroom.
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
- Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence.
- Supporting children with varying learning needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), where required.
- Helping to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.
- Experience working with children or young people in schools, childcare, coaching, tutoring, youth work, or similar settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
- The right to work in the UK.
Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, are welcomed but not essential.
