Choices College is a supported internship programme that aims to support young adults with learning difficulties, disabilities or autism to become employment ready. You will work closely with the Area Manager in delivering the College's outcomes and maintaining an employment transition rate for learners at above 70%.
The post holder will hold a teaching qualification or have recent experience in supporting the education of learners with SEN in the classroom and work placement.
