As a Supply Teacher, you'll deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure continuity of education in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Assignments can range from daily cover to long-term positions, depending on your availability and preferences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across your specialist subject or year groups.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment.
• Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Providing feedback to the class teacher or school leadership following each assignment.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A flexible, adaptable, and professional approach.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting pupil progress.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
