Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact in education?

We are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in the Rivington area of Bolton. This rewarding role involves supporting students with a range of additional learning, social, emotional, and behavioural needs, helping them to overcome barriers to education and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.

• Support students throughout the school day, both in lessons and during wider school activities
• Work alongside teaching staff to deliver engaging learning experiences
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Help students develop social skills, confidence, and independence
• Build strong, professional relationships that promote engagement and progress

• Experience working with children or young people in any capacity
• A patient, resilient, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  The ability to build positive relationships and act as a role model
• Experience in education, tutoring, sports coaching, youth work, mentoring, care, or voluntary work (desirable but not essential)
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their full potential
