We’re currently recruiting for Primary Teachers to work across our partner schools in Farnworth on a day-to-day, short-term, long-term or temp-to-perm basis,
starting September 2026
.

- Planning and delivering engaging, creative and purposeful lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel confident, valued and motivated to learn.
- Differentiating lessons and activities to meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities, including those with SEND.
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and using this information to inform future planning.
- Establishing clear expectations and managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence, independence and a love of learning.
- Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and wider school staff to support individual pupil needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and contributing to assessment processes.
- Taking an active role in the wider life of the school and supporting enrichment opportunities where appropriate.
- Developing positive relationships with parents, carers and the wider school community.
- Upholding safeguarding procedures and promoting the welfare of all children and young people.
Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching practices.
- A genuine passion for education and helping children achieve their full potential.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- The ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs.
- A flexible, reliable and professional approach to working across different school settings.
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils, staff and the wider school community.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
