We're currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a Secondary School in Manchester on a day-to-day, short-term or long-term basis

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils
- Assisting with interventions and helping pupils overcome barriers to learning
- Supporting teachers with classroom activities and preparation of learning resources
- Building positive relationships with pupils and encouraging engagement with learning
Skills:
- A degree or relevant higher-level qualification
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in education and a willingness to learn and develop within a secondary school environment

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
