We're currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a Secondary School in Manchester on a day-to-day, short-term or long-term basis

You'll be joining a

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervising secondary school classes during teacher absence
• Following and delivering work provided by classroom teachers
• Maintaining a calm, purposeful and well-managed classroom
• Supporting pupils to stay engaged and complete their assigned work

• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils is desirable
• Previous education, youth work, coaching or mentoring experience would be beneficial
• Confident communication and classroom management skills
• Reliable, adaptable and comfortable working across different subjects and year groups

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
