Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom
- Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis
- Helping children with additional needs
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery
- Supporting pupil engagement and behaviour
Creating a positive learning environment
- Passion for supporting young people
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Previous education experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel to schools within East Lancashire

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
