Head of Department (Pathway Three)
Salary:
Up to £57,699
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced education professional who is passionate about curriculum development and driving high teaching standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Lead the development, implementation and review of the curriculum.
- Manage, mentor and develop teaching staff, including ECTs.
- Monitor teaching and learning standards and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
- Work closely with therapists and wider professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes for pupils.
- Senior leadership position with real influence on the direction of the school.
