Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to join a major Facilities Management company on a static commercial site in the OX11 area. The Role Carry out planned preventative maintenance on mechanical systems Respond to reactive maintenance and fault-finding tasks Maintain HVAC plant, pumps, motors, and associated equipment Support statutory compliance checks and inspections Liaise with site teams and ensure accurate reporting Participate in a call-out rota as required Whats on Offer Salary £36,000 £ 38,000 depending on experience Monday Friday working pattern (85) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Private healthcare Training and progression opportunities Subsidised on-site canteen Free parking on site Stable role within a major FM organisation About You Recognised mechanical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)

Experience with in commercial maintenance environments Knowledge of HVAC and building services plant Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork approach Full UK driving licence desirable Interested?
