Project Officer - PMO Analyst - Manufacturing Projects

Looking to step into a PMO / Project role where you can use data to support real delivery? This is a great opportunity to join a manufacturing project team working on complex engineering programmes. What youll be doing:
Supporting project teams with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking Producing Excel-based reports to monitor cost, schedule, and delivery Extracting and working with data from systems such as SAP or other project tools Creating clear PowerPoint packs for project reviews and leadership updates Using Power BI dashboards to understand and communicate trends Working closely with stakeholders across manufacturing and project teams What were looking for:
You dont need to tick every box, but youll likely have experience in:
Working with data in a project, manufacturing, or operations environment Strong Excel capability, including:
Lookup formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Conditional formulas Pivot tables Conditional formatting Supporting reporting from systems such as SAP, MS Project, JIRA, or similar Turning data into clear, structured outputs for stakeholders Communicating confidently with different teams Nice to have:
Experience using Power Query Experience maintaining or updating Power BI reports/dashboards Why this role:
