. Known for quality, collaboration, and long-term partnerships, they continue to play a leading role in shaping critical UK infrastructure.

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing civil engineering division. This is a pivotal role within the business supporting the Directors by taking ownership of the estimating function and providing confident leadership across major bids and tenders

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of accurate, competitive tenders across civil engineering projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements to produce detailed cost estimates.
• Collaborate closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure consistent project delivery.
• Take ownership of estimating processes, driving improvements and efficiencies across the department.
