Salary: up to £45,000 per annum, plus £400 monthly Car Allowance and 17.5% annual bonus

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Hybrid working with 3 days in Bolton, 2 days home, with occasional travel to sites

• Take responsibility for the commercial control of a number of contracts, bids and processes
• Identify risks, liabilities and commitments within contractual agreements and communicate potential impact to the business
• Protect the commercial interests of the delivery team at all times
• Lead, mentor, and manage staff within the team
• Estimate and implement effective cost control mechanisms
• Sub Contract Management – enquiry, subcontract drafting, measurement, valuation, agreement & payment
• Support project procurement
• Provide timely and high-quality management reports to the Commercial Manager and Senior Leadership Team when requested
• Provide Commercial Support to other business departments
• Handle day-to-day commercial issues

• A proven track record in supporting stakeholder management
• Experience of contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal/termination
• Efficient problem solving with excellent organisation skills
• Experience of operations and maintenance contracting would be beneficial
• Experience in demolition, decommissioning, remediation of construction industry would be beneficial
